    A quiet morning at Stevens Creek Nature Center

    We visited Stevens Creek for free S’mores, animal encounters and a short hike. It was a great way to spend the morning out!

    Penland Christmas Tree Farm in York, SC

    We put down the workbooks and spent an afternoon at the Christmas Tree Farm. We finished the day with smores and free hot cocoa. A perfect way to kick off our holiday season and Christmas School.

    Homeschool PE at Elon

    Homeschool PE at Elon Rec Center was a hit! Our group had such a great time with music games, teamwork, and a whole lot of energy burned! Full schedule is on the calendar!

    Prairie Castle Playground at Daniel Stowe

    We got a peek at the Prairie Castle Playground at Daniel Stowe Conservancy. It officially opens on August 30th and looks awesome!

    Reading Buddies at the Humane Society of Charlotte

    We joined Reading Buddies at the Humane Society of Charlotte as a way to volunteer, instill empathy, and practice our reading skills. Our favorite room so far, has been the cat room. Kids can also read to the dogs, but won’t be able to pet them for safety reasons. Check it out!
