Let’s celebrate Hispanic Heritage with a fun, hands-on activity! 

Visit North County Regional Library to create your very own maracas while learning about the importance of music in Latin American fiestas and traditions.. Homeschool Hangout meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month, September through May.

Advance registration is required and opens three weeks before each event. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Participants should be able to independently use basic school supplies like scissors, glue sticks, and tape during the program.
